Which template should I use?
- Three generations: the default for family-of-origin papers. Grandparents, parents and you.
- Blended family: when a parent remarried and there are half or step siblings.
- Adoptive family: adopted or foster children, and pregnancy losses.
- Case example: a filled-in clinical case to see what a finished assignment looks like.
Printable and Word templates
Every template above downloads as a PNG or a print-ready PDF, with the key included. To use one in Word or Google Docs, download the PNG and insert it as a picture. To fill it in on paper, print the PDF.
A static template breaks as soon as the family has one more child or a second marriage: you end up moving every box by hand. In the editor, adding a person redraws the whole layout and the key updates itself, so editing online and exporting at the end is usually faster.
