Refund Policy

Semester Pass

You can get a full refund within 7 days of buying the Semester Pass, as long as you haven't exported a watermark-free file with it. Email support@creategenogram.com from the address on your account.

Pro yearly

You can get a full refund within 7 days of your first payment or of a renewal, as long as you haven't exported a watermark-free file or used photo import in that period. You can cancel renewal any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid year.

After a refund

Paid access ends as soon as the refund is processed. Genograms you created stay in your browser or account, and you can still use the free plan.

How long it takes

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
